For the omg ibk...

... David Prieth – a true jack-of-all-trades in the local art and culture scene, even though he is only 35 years old – is creating a digital work that will eventually be on display at/on the Galerie am Claudiaplatz. The anglicist and comparatist who, among other things, works as organizer, managing director of the p.m.k., is a board member of the TKI and member of the supervisory board of the Tiroler Landestheater & Orchester GmbH, has been working as a cultural-political mouthpiece for the interests of artists and organizers nationwide for years. Prieth is a political person and artist through and through; he seeks discourse and never shies away from putting his finger in open wounds. Prieth thereby always shows stamina, for example when the "dramaturgy" of an "interactive" artistic work culminated in an injunction by HC Strache (former club chairman and member of the National Council of the FPÖ). So it will be interesting to see what digital work David Prieth has prepared for the Galerie am Claudiaplatz.
